Firstly download Exchange Backup Converter Tool and Run the .exe file of Software on the local machine. To use this tool just follow the simple working steps which is given below.
Step 1 - 12 : As you Run the downloaded .exe file the Home window of software will be open.
Step 2 - 12 : Click on Load Button from menu bar to select the Exchange Backup File.
Step 3 - 12 : Find the .BKF File form the saved location then select the file and click on Open.
Step 4 - 12 : Here Software will list all folders in select the required folder and then hit on Recover Selected Folder button.
Step 5 - 12 : Now a pop up window will appear you need to select either for Mailbox or Public Store File and press on OK.
Step 6 - 12 : Now the software will recover all mailboxes from edb file and list will be shown to you.
Step 7 - 12 : Now you can view the data from any mailbox by just clicking on that.
Step 8 - 12 : Now click on Export to PST button and software will start conversion process.
Step 9 - 12 : Here you can select particular mailbox by selecting the mailbox and clicking on Add button or if you want to select all mailbox simply click on Select All option.
Step 10 - 12 : Now the software will show the selected mailboxes in the right side of the opened panel and click on Export button.
Step 11 - 12 : Software will show you the complete detail of exported mailboxes like Status, E-Mails, Contacts, Calendars, Notes and Tasks.
