Firstly download office 365 migration tool and Run the .exe file of Software on the local machine. To use this tool just follow the simple working steps which is given below.
Step 1 - 8 : Download and Run the software then click on Export button from menu bar of software to start the migration process.
Step 2 - 8 : Now the software will show the Active Directory and Exchange Server Details, put the Exchange Server in active state.
Step 3 - 8 : Select and Right Click on user name to view mailbox detail.
Step 4 - 8 : Give all administrator rights to mailbox in which you want to migrate and then click on Next button.
Step 5 - 8 : Provide the office 365 user ID and Password in corresponding fields, then click on Next button.
Step 6 - 8 : Here you can filter the mails by using mail filter and then click on Export Button.
Step 7 - 8 : Now the software will list the complete migration process report in new software window and click on Ok.
Step 8 - 8 : Click on OK button to complete the migration process
