Advance Scan to recover from corrupt/damaged EDB

It supports conversion of mails from both Healthy and Corrupted/Damaged EDB Files to EML. The quick scan will be default option for scanning EDB file but if the EDB file is corrupted, the user can select Advance scan Option.

Preview of mailbox items after scanning the EDB file

After the scanning process is complete, the tool will give the instant preview of all the email folders present within the EDB File. The details of each mails like From, Subject, Date, body etc. can be viewed by selecting the desired mail.

Option for selective items/Folder to export EDB to EML

The Conversion Tool provides option to check/uncheck only the selected items or Folders that will help the users to export only the selected items from Exchange EDB file to EML format for accessing it in EML supported Email Clients.

Presence of Exchange Server is not required for conversion

The Tool works independent of any environment so that user can export mails from the EDB files with no Exchange Server Environment present. It will scan the EDB file and from exchange 2010 exports mailbox to EML.

Live Export Report generated after scan is completed

After the Export procedure is completed, the tool allows user to check status using the report regarding number of mails that were exported successfully. The report can be used for future reference.

The tool can be used on almost all Versions of Windows System from Windows 8 to all other previous versions. It also supports conversion of any EDB files of Exchange Server 2013 and older versions.

Apply naming convention to save each email with name

The tool allows you to save Exchange email in EML extension with a particular naming pattern such as Subject, Subject+Date(DD-MM-YYYY), Date(DD-MM-YYYY)+From+Subject, Date(YYYY-MM-DD)+From+Subject etc.

Auto-Search EDB File in all available drives

Exchange EDB to EML Converter provides 3 ways to open EDB file in the software. One is 'Select EDB File' which enables you to browse EDB location. In search file option, you can search EDB in a particular drive & in all drives.

Yes, the software provides two scanning option. Quick scan mode is provided by default, which will work well for healthy EDB file, but if the file is corrupted/damaged, you can select Advance scan mode.
