To recover damaged Exchange EDB file you need a trusted software that can easily recovers the damaged database file without changing any information. Here I am giving you very useful tool, simply download the software and follow the working steps to use this tool.
Firstly download Exchange Mailbox Recovery Tool and Run the .exe file of Software on the local machine. To use this tool just follow the simple working steps which is given below.
Step 1 - 14 : Go to Start >> All Programs >> SysTools Exchange Recovery. This
tool requires pre-installed MS Outlook of any version, as you start this tool a
notifying window with component status will be displayed.
Step 2 - 14 : Click on Add File button from menu bar to add dismounted Exchange Mailbox file that need to be recovered.
Step 3 - 14 : Now a window will pop up to select Search File or Select File, for Search file click on Brows File to locate public and private EDB File if STM file is not associated then locate it.
Note: - If priv.stm or pub.stm file is saved at the same location as EDB File then software will brows it automatically.
Step 4 - 14 : You can select Search All Drive to search EDB from entire drive or Search Selected Drive to search EDB from selective drive. Click on Search to start Searching.
Step 5 - 14 : As the search completed a search completed successfully message window will popup, software will display list of all .edb file. Click on Add option to add the file for scanning process.
Step 6 - 14 : Select Quick option to scan less damaged EDB file quickly or Advance option to scan highly corrupted .edb file it may take some time to complete the process.
Step 7 - 14 : A popup window will appear with complete scanning process.
Step 8 - 14 : Once the scanning process is completed software will display a dialog box to confirm success of scanning, and left pane of software will list the complete folder in actual hierarchy.
Step 9 - 14 : Click on + from Folder List Pane to expand the folder, select specific folder to preview a Normal Mail View from the bottom of software window.
Step 10 - 14 : You can view attachment just click on the Attachments button at the bottom of software window.
Step 11 - 14 : Select single or multiple emails then Right Click to Export them into PST, EML, MSG, PDF, HTML & Live Exchange 2013.
Step 12 - 14 : Now select any format to import EDB file and provide a destination location and click on Export button. Also it enables you to filter the mail and split the Resultant file.
Step 13 - 14 : As the Export process completed then an alert message will be shown in popup window.
Step 14 - 14 : Software generates a CSV report that contains detail of Exported Mailbox which you can save as well by just clicking on Save button.
